Puppy Yoga Experience
Recommended for ages 7 and older
Each 60-minute session includes a guided yoga practice followed by dedicated time for puppy interaction.
During your visit, you'll enjoy a 40-minute all-levels yoga class designed to help you stretch, breathe deeply, and relax. Afterward, spend 20 minutes playing with the puppies, taking photos, and soaking up plenty of cuddles.
Our puppies are friendly, socialized, and comfortable interacting with guests in a safe, supervised setting.

Looking for a unique family activity in Phoenix? Our Family Puppy Yoga sessions offer a memorable experience for parents and children alike.
These classes combine light movement with playful puppy interaction, creating an environment where families can laugh, connect, and make lasting memories together.
Each family session includes a 30-minute kid-friendly yoga and movement class followed by 30 minutes of puppy playtime, cuddles, and photos.
Children ages 4 and older are welcome when accompanied by a participating adult.

Important Information Before You Book
Puppy Yoga classes are designed for guests ages 7 and older, while Family Puppy Yoga welcomes children ages 4 and up when accompanied by a paying adult.
Guests with dog allergies should consider whether this experience is suitable for their needs.
For the safety of our puppies, please refrain from attending if you have recently been exposed to contagious canine illnesses, including parvovirus or distemper.
All participants are required to complete a liability waiver before joining the class.
Because space is limited and live animals require advance planning and care, all bookings are final and non-refundable.
